From some of the most sought after Cabernet Sauvignon vines on Mount Veeder, Wild Cat Vineyard produces low-yielding immaculate fruit. After harvest, the grapes were hand sorted, de-stemmed, and foot stomped. We let the fruit macerate for an extended period before fermenting with vineyard native yeast. The wine was aged 4 years in new and neutral French oak. 60 cases produced.

On the nose: molasses, sweet toasted French oak, brioche

On the palate: vanilla cream, cherry pie, cocoa powder, blueberry
