Some of the most amazing Syrah grapes from one of the highest elevated vineyards in California. After harvest the grapes were de-stemmed, foot stomped and fermented with vineyard native yeast. The wine was aged 2 years in one neutral oak barrel. 24 cases produced.

On the nose: molasses, sweet toasted French oak, brioche

On the palate: vanilla cream, cherry pie, cocoa powder,blueberry
